Q: What Markets can I trade with your indicators and automated strategies?

A: You can trade futures, forex, stocks, options, and exchange traded funds (EFTs). What you can trade depends on what markets your broker allows you to trade.

Q: Do you offer trading signals and/or alerts?

A: We do not provide trade advice. We are in the business of offering programming services, automated trading strategy software, and indicators for use by traders and investors. Our software places orders to enter and exit trades based on the settings that you as a trader provide. 

Q: What payment methods do you take?

A: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.

Q: Do you guarantee your indicators and trading systems?

A: We guarantee that our indicators and software will work mechanically as designed.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A:  Your are encouraged to ask us any questions about our products before purchasing. Simply not liking the product after purchase does not entitle you to a refund. In order to qualify for a refund, we need evidence of a 'bug' in the software, which we will make every effort to fix, prior to issuing a refund.

Q: Do you provide any past performance data for your NinjaTrader strategies?

A: As results can vary depending on usage, market conditions, and the user's settings and trading style, no past performance data is provided for our Strategies.

Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account like or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
